Shipping policy
Alpha & Omega delivers products all across Australia using reliable and efficient freight services from trustworthy freight companies. In selected metro areas, we deliver the products ourselves.
Alpha & Omega products are estimated to be delivered between 1 to 10 days, subject to the location within Australia. Weekends, public holidays, and the days between the 21st of December until the 20th of January are excluded from our shipping terms.
Our Air Conditioning delivery prices are as follows:
- Sydney Metro – Free (3-11 days shipping) estimated
Other Major Cities:
- Melbourne Metro – Free (3-15 days shipping) estimated
- Brisbane Metro – Free (3-15 days shipping) estimated
- Adelaide Metro - Free (3-15 days shipping) estimated
- Perth Metro - Free (5-25 days shipping) estimated
- All Reginal Areas - Free (5-25 days shipping) estimated

Please note that you should allow three working days for payment and processing of orders to be completed. If you place your order after 3:00 pm standard Eastern Time, please consider that it may take one extra day. We promise that the Alpha & Omega team does its best to deliver your goods to you on the requested delivery date, and we will make sure to contact you promptly if this can’t be done. Next day delivery service is only available if we are able to do so and the payment was received. Keep in mind that our carriers make deliveries between Monday to Saturday.
Important Delivery Conditions to Know
Please note that all prices shown on the checkout page are shown in AUD and inc GST. Also, keep in mind that we are unable to deliver our products to a PO Box because we require a photo ID and a copy of the online receipt at delivery. Please note that our carriers only provide a door-to-door service which means that carrying the items inside is the customer’s responsibility. We also recommend that you are accompanied by an additional person when delivery is made to get assistance with the placement of your products inside your home or office.
Our delivery policy requires a person to be available at the address to accept the delivery. We require this because we need to be shown a printed online receipt from our website that proves when the purchase was made.
Make sure to thoroughly inspect the goods when receiving them to ensure that they are in perfect condition before signing the delivery docket. Please note that if you sign the delivery docket upon receiving the items in “Good order or Condition”, the liability of any further damages of the items passes to you, the recipient. Thus, if there is a clear vision of harm to your delivered items or any apparent signs that the goods are damaged, do not accept the delivery and do not sign the delivery docket.
Alpha & Omega reserves the right to charge an additional fee of $50.00 in the event of re-directed deliveries and waiting time at the delivery address. After the unit has been sent off to your address, changes to delivery instructions will also involve additional charges.
