Where Oz Air Online is genuinely ahead
Two things, and we won't pretend otherwise. First, review volume: they've collected over 600 verified product reviews and earned their ~4.8★ average. Second, financing: they offer Zip, and we don't yet offer buy-now-pay-later. If splitting a purchase into instalments is essential and PayPal doesn't cover it, they currently have the edge at checkout.
Where we win
Smart zoning depth. If your project involves AirTouch or Polyaire — an AirTouch 5 retrofit, extra zone motors, wireless sensors, ZoneTouch upgrades, matching grilles and dampers — we stock the whole ecosystem and can tell you exactly what works with what. Oz Air doesn't carry the brand at all.
Daikin expertise, not just Daikin boxes. As an accredited specialist Daikin Dealer since 1989, we size, quote, install and service Daikin systems ourselves. When the supplier and the installer are the same company, warranty and after-sales issues have one phone number.
