Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) Warranty

MHI residential SR/DX split systems and FD systems include a 5-year warranty covering parts, labour and the compressor from the purchase date, subject to MHI’s terms.

  • Covers manufacturing, material and workmanship defects.

  • Correct installation and regular maintenance by qualified, licensed technicians are required.

  • Installation faults, poor maintenance, electrical supply damage and corrosion are generally excluded. Additional travel or safe-access costs may apply.

Other systems and applications may have different warranty periods. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unchanged.
