I had to eturn this item for a refund (Please) because even though I got good advice over the phone, the item I received does not fit. The hole in the ceiling is too small for it.
I did not increase the size of the hole in the ceiling because the vent is in a very small ensuite, and the larger vent would make the ensuite look even smaller. This is an important consideration because as we are selling this house.

I thought you guys did great, it works a treat however the transport computer was as useless as t’s on a bull! They won’t be getting a good review so recommend using anyone else but them as they seem to aspire to be worse than Aus post, now that’s a feat.
I did not received an email to inform me that it had been delivered.
Fortunately I checked with the post office just before they sent me a reminder.
Remote conditioner was in a good state.
